We narrowly tailor and closely scrutinize our searches to bring you only the best candidates that specifically fit your position.

Our fee structure is a contracted percentage of the candidate’s first year of base salary, and may vary with regard to position, industry, location, and the type of search.

Contingency Searches:

Under a contingency search arrangement, there is no cost to you unless we provide the candidate that you ultimately hire.  Moreover, we do not require that you use Snelling Professional Services exclusively.  Your company is invoiced one hundred percent of the contract fee on the day the candidates starts with your company.  Payment is due within ten days of the candidate’s start date.

Retained Searches:

For retain searches, we act as your exclusive candidate search provider.  As part of that exclusive relationship, your company will have the first pick of all candidates that we submit for your consideration.  We will not submit those candidates to other companies for the duration of the retained search contract period.  Your company pays twenty five percent of the estimated final fee upon the execution of the retained search agreement and the balance within ten days of the candidate’s start date.

Our Guarantee:

In general, if our initial candidate leaves your company within ninety days of the hire date we will replace that candidate at no additional charge to you.  Payment terms must be met in order to qualify for the guarantee.

Snelling adheres to the highest code of professional ethics and best practices as set forth by the American Staffing Association.  The terms of our particular written agreement will govern all attributes of any relationship, including but not limited to services, pricing, payments, and guarantees.
